One of our founders still remembers, as a child, witnessing the aftermath of a devastating medical error that her mother suffered, an error that could have been prevented if an interpreter had been present. Her mother’s critical needs were misunderstood, and that moment left a lasting impact. Experiences like these are not just memories, they are our motivation.
